    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:


    Klein Law Offices, Omaha, NE: Full-service and consult-basis work on all serious legal maters, with an emphasis on the problems of individuals with medico-legal concerns, physicians, and other health care entities. Consultations with attorneys seeking assistance on cases involving complex medical issues. Practice experience before the Nebraska Supreme Court, Nebraska Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and numerous county and district trial courts.

    Cassem, Tierney Law Firm, Omaha, NE, 1995-1999: Practice areas as an associate attorney with a leading Omaha law firm included medical malpractice defense, medical products liability defense, software licensing, Internet-related litigation, and all phases of trial and appellate practice.

    Hon. Thomas M.
